Ontario Funding & Insurance Coverage: Breast Prosthetics
In Ontario, external breast prostheses (breast forms) may be eligible for coverage through provincial funding programs, while mastectomy bras are commonly covered under private or extended health insurance plans.
Important: We’re happy to help guide you through the forms and receipts you may need. However, final eligibility and coverage decisions are determined by the applicable provincial program or your private insurance provider. Coverage amounts and program requirements may change, so we recommend confirming details directly with your provider if you have any questions.
