Cancellation Policy
At BRA, our personalized bra fittings are completely complimentary because we believe everyone deserves a comfortable, supportive fit. To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you're running late, please give us a call at 548-558-2102. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time may require us to shorten or reschedule your fitting so we can stay on schedule for other guests. Walk-ins are always welcome to browse, shop and get a fitting, but appointments allow us to dedicated one-on-one fitting time with a BRA Fit Specialist.
